საქართველოში პირველად, საქართველოს უნივერსიტეტში, მუშავდება ინოვაციური სამაგისტრო პროგრამა, რომელიც მოამზადებს განათლების ხარისხის მენეჯერებს.

პროგრამის მიზანია, გამოუმუშაოს სტუდენტს განათლების მენეჯმენტის კომპეტენცია განათლების ხარისხის უზრუნველყოფაზე ორიენტაციით.

პროგრამა, ძირითადი სასწავლო კურსების ფარგლებში, უზრუნველყოფს სტუდენტების, როგორც განათლების მენეჯერების, თეორიული ცოდნისა და პრაქტიკული უნარ-ჩვევების გამომუშავებას, ხოლო სავალდებულო არჩევითი სასწავლო კომპონენტებით ფორმირდება სტუდენტთა ზოგადი, პროფესიული ან უმაღლესი განათლების ხარისხის უზრუნველყოფის საჭირო კომპეტენციები.

გარდა ამისა, კურსდამთავრებულები, პროფესიული კომპეტენციის მოდიფიცირებით, შეძლებენ დასაქმდნენ ყველა იმ ორგანიზაციაში (მათ შორის, არასაგანმანათლებლო), სადაც ხარისხის უზრუნველყოფა პრიორიტეტული მიმართულებაა.

For the first time in Georgia! Become an education quality manager!

An innovative master’s program is being developed at the University of Georgia, which will prepare managers of the quality of education.

The aim of the program is to develop the competence of education management for the student with an orientation to ensure the quality of education.

The program, within the framework of the main training courses, ensures the development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students as education managers, and the necessary competencies for ensuring the quality of general, professional or higher education of students are formed with the mandatory optional training components.

In addition, graduates, by modifying professional competence, will be able to be employed in all those organizations (including non-educational ones) where quality assurance is a priority direction.
